Bayou City Crossfit will be starting a new bootcamp in the Garden Oaks/Heights area in the next couple of weeks. The classes will be Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 6:00 or 6:30 am depending on demand. If you are intersted or know someone who is, have them email me at dougBCCF@yahoo.com.
